Today, AEROSUISSE held its general meeting at Lufthansa Aviation Training (LAT Switzerland), which is Switzerland's largest aviation training centre, in Opfikon. The president, National Councillor Thomas Hurter, emphasised the important role played by the network of regional airports in pilot training. National airports are not suitable for this purpose due to their limited capacity.
